🛒 1. How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, select your preferred variant (if any), and click “Buy Now”.
Fill in your shipping details and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

💳 2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) đŸ’”

  • UPI, Debit/Credit cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway.

All transactions are encrypted and 100% safe.

🚚 3. How long does delivery take?

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually shipped within 24–48 hours.
Delivery takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–8 business days

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

📩 4. How can I track my order?

Go to our Track Your Order page and enter your order number or registered email/phone number.

🔁 5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we offer easy replacements for damaged or defective products.
To request a return or replacement, please email us at support@carpesso.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • COD handling fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

💾 6. I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

Refunds (if applicable) are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
If it’s taking longer, please check with your bank — sometimes delays happen due to processing time.

đŸ§Ÿ 7. I entered the wrong address or phone number. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify the address.
Email us immediately at support@carpesso.com with your order number and correct details.
Once dispatched, we can’t change the delivery address.

❌ 8. My order got cancelled automatically. Why?

This can happen if:

  • Your COD order wasn’t confirmed over call/SMS.

  • The courier couldn’t reach you during delivery.

  • The product went out of stock temporarily.

You can always reorder when the product is back in stock.

  9. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver pan India — across all states and union territories.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer for delivery.
