Fill in your shipping details and confirm your order. Youâll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Yes, we offer easy replacements for damaged or defective products.
To request a return or replacement, please email us at support@carpesso.com within 7 days of delivery.

COD handling fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
đž 6. I havenât received my refund yet. What should I do?
Refunds (if applicable) are usually processed within 5â7 working days after approval.
If itâs taking longer, please check with your bank â sometimes delays happen due to processing time.
đ§Ÿ 7. I entered the wrong address or phone number. Can I change it?
If your order hasnât been shipped yet, we can modify the address.
Email us immediately at support@carpesso.com with your order number and correct details.
Once dispatched, we canât change the delivery address.
â 8. My order got cancelled automatically. Why?
This can happen if:

Your COD order wasnât confirmed over call/SMS.

The courier couldnât reach you during delivery.

The product went out of stock temporarily.
You can always reorder when the product is back in stock.
 9. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver pan India â across all states and union territories.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer for delivery.
