Refund & Return Policy – Carpesso

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or refund as per the following terms:

Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.
• To initiate a return, email us at support@carpesso.com with your order ID and reason for return.
• We will schedule a pickup or provide a return address depending on your location.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like hygiene products or damaged goods due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
